Partial Package
The partial event package includes multiple consultations and vendors as needed for your upcoming nuptials. Your event manager communicates and schedules follow-up vendor appointments as well as an event matrix. The event manager executes and produces the wedding on the day of the event. With this package, set up and breakdown is included.
On the Day
The day-of package provides event management and coordination for the day of your wedding. This package includes three consultations and an event matrix outlining the flow of the ceremony and reception. This package does not include any planning or designing. The event manager executes and produces the wedding on the day of the event. This package does not include set up and breakdown.
PRIVATE PARTIES
Birthday Parties
The birthday party package includes a full vendor list and scouting of event locations. The event manager executes and produces the full scope of the event; additionally, an event matrix is created and disseminated to all vendors. With this package, set up and breakdown is included.
Religious Events
The religious events package includes a decorator and catering suggestions. The event manager coordinates with the event participants and executes the flow of the event; additionally, an event matrix is created and disseminated to all vendors. With this package, set up and breakdown is included.
Private Events
The private event package includes multiple consultations and a vendors list. Your event manager communicates and schedules follow-up vendor appointments as well as an event matrix.
